At TRH, we are committed to delivering premium quality. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds

All purchases made at TRH are final.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a product has been sold.

Exchange Policy

We offer a limited exchange facility under the following conditions:

• Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours (2 days) of purchase.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact.

Non-Exchangeable Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if:

• The item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration

• The original receipt is not provided

• The request is made after the 48-hour window

Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 48 hours with clear proof (photo/video).

Eligible items will be exchanged accordingly.
