TRH Shipping Policy (Updated with Advance COD Fee)



At TRH, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely.





Order Processing



  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed after working hours will be processed the next business day.






Delivery Time



  • Inside city: 1–3 business days
  • Outside city: 2–5 business days



Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service.





Shipping Charges



  • Shipping charges are informed during order confirmation.
  • Charges vary based on location and order size.






Cash on Delivery (COD) – Advance Policy



We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) with a mandatory advance shipping fee.


  • Customers must pay the delivery charge in advance via bKash / Bank / Mobile Banking
  • The remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery
  • Orders will only be confirmed after advance payment is received



⚠️ Important:


  • Advance delivery charge is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after confirmation
  • Orders without advance payment will not be processed
  • TRH reserves the right to cancel suspicious or unverified orders






Order Confirmation



  • Orders may be confirmed via phone call or message before dispatch
  • Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled






Order Tracking



Tracking details will be provided (if available) after dispatch.





Delivery Issues



TRH is not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Courier service issues
  • Weather or unexpected conditions
